How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 5 working days. All orders are sent via regular airmail and are typically received at overseas destinations in 6 - 10 working days. Orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail and should be received within 5 working days.
Where is my order?
Whist we are usually able to get your order to you within 15 working days (10 days within the UK), please allow 28 days for delivery. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us to resolve the problem.
To you take on custom work?
We do take on custom work from time to time. Custom clay pendants start at £10.00 GBP and silver plated charm necklaces start at £18.00 GBP. We also make jewellery and accessories for special occasions.
