Everything is handmade to order and dispatched within 5 working days.
Whist I am usually able to get your order to you within 6 working days (15 days internationally), please allow 28 days for delivery from date of dispatch.
If you have not received your order after this time please contact me to resolve the problem.
All items are dispatched from the UK. I send all inland parcels via 1st class Royal Mail. Overseas parcels are sent via regular airmail.
Parcels will not be registered or insured unless you ask me to do so and pay the appropriate fees. This means they will not have a tracking number. Please state in the "message to seller" at checkout if you would like insurance or a tracking number and I will contact you to arrange the extra payment.
I accept most major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal as well as all other forms of Paypal payment.
It is possible to pay with your credit/debit card through Paypal without setting up an account. Just follow the instructions during checkout. More details can also be found here.
Personal cheques and money orders are accepted by UK customers only. If you wish to pay with either of these methods please contact me with your order.

If you require a return or exchange you must contact me immediately upon receipt to arrange it. Unsolisited returns cannot be accepted.
If an item is broken in transit please contact me immediately to resolve the problem.
If an item breaks through normal wear and tear within 4 weeks of your purchase I will happily fix or replace it for you free of charge on receipt of the original item.
If an item breaks after this time or through accident/misuse I will repair or replace it for you for an appropriate fee.
Any breakages or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
In the event of a return or exchange I regret that I will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
