We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. All items are made to order.
Whist we are usually able to get your order to you within 6 working days (15 days internationally), please allow 28 days for delivery from date of purchase.
If you have not received your order after this time please contact us to resolve the problem.
All items are currently being dispatched from the UK. We send all inland parcels via regular post. Overseas parcels are sent via regular airmail.
Parcels will not be registered or insured unless you ask us to do so and pay the appropriate fees. This means they will not have a tracking number. Please state in the "message to seller" at checkout if you would like insurance / a tracking number and we will contact you to arrange the extra payment.
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal as well as all other forms of Paypal payment.
It is possible to pay with your credit/debit card through Paypal without setting up an account. Just follow the instructions during checkout. More details can also be found here.
Personal cheques and money orders are accepted by UK customers only. If you wish to pay with either of these methods please contact us with your order.
We do not accept returns unless we have grossly misrepresented the item(s) in question.
If an item is broken in transit please contact us to resolve the problem.
If an item breaks through normal wear and tear within 4 weeks of your purchase we will happily fix or replace it for you free of charge on receipt of the original item.
If an item breaks after this time or through accident/misuse we will repair or replace it for you for an appropriate fee.
Any breakages or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
In the event of a return we regret that we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
